💲 Fee Increase Effective September 1st, 2026
To support rising operating costs and continued investment in our clinic and team, treatment fees have increased as of September 1st 2026. Updated pricing will be reflected in our online booking system.
🧾 Direct Billing & Insurance
As a courtesy, we offer direct billing to many major insurance providers
📌 Please Note:
- Coverage is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to know your plan’s coverage, limits, referrals, and exclusions.
- Any amount not paid by your insurer remains your responsibility.
- We do not accept or bill ICBC or WorkSafeBC (WCB) claims at this time.
If direct billing is unavailable or unsuccessful, full payment is required at the time of treatment and a receipt will be provided for self-submission.
⚠️ Important Clinic Policies
- Pregnancy Massage: Pregnant clients must book a Pregnancy Massage appointment to ensure they are matched with an appropriately trained RMT.
- Credit Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
- Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
