Erin here! I graduated and became registered in 2019. My treatment philosophy involves collaborating with clients to identify their specific goals. I provide education on injuries or areas of discomfort and develop a personalized treatment plan to address current concerns and extend the time between sessions symptom-free.
I have experience in treating various conditions such as SI joint pain, TMJ discomfort, tension headaches, and nerve impingements. For prenatal and early postpartum clients, I offer support with prone pillow positioning and side lying.
My techniques primarily involve Swedish Massage, along with Joint Mobilizations and interactive stretching for improved mobility, particularly in the shoulders, hips, and SI joints. I adjust pressure based on client comfort, typically aiming for moderate pressure.
In 2022, I completed courses in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Chronic Pain Management. I incorporate specialized tools for targeted deep pressure when needed, and my understanding of chronic pain helps me effectively address persistent issues. Don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions!

Julia graduated from Utopia Academy’s 3,000 hour massage and hydrotherapy program in September 2009. She has completed various different kinds of continuing education programs, such as pain sciences, fascial movement taping with RockTape, IASTM with RockBlades, therapeutic exercise, stretching and active rehab. She has also completed different programs in providing trauma informed care.
After spending many years providing massage therapy in the spa industry, Julia made the change to Wild Sage Massage in the summer of 2020.
She enjoys working with a wide range of people, but tends to treat with more of a deep tissue style, although she can adapt and treat at lighter levels for those who prefer more of a relaxing style of treatment.

Hello! I’m Victoria, I am one of the Registered Massage Therapist’s here at Wild Sage. I have been a massage therapist for about four years now since graduating in 2019, three of those years spent with Wild Sage. I typically use a moderate pressure for my treatments, but can go lighter or deeper as needed or requested. I hope to eventually be able to do visceral and cranio-sacral massage techniques, because in school I found those to be interesting. Sadly at this time, I do not treat Pregnancy & ICBC patients.
Outside of work I love to read, craft and go forest bathing. I started my own book club because I’d finish a book and would want to talk about it with someone that had also read it. I am an earth sign, so getting out into nature helps me recharge. I’m a big animal lover and have two cats at home. Thankfully I don’t have any allergies but am highly sensitive to perfumes and colognes.
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio! I look forward to treating you :)
