📢 Wild Sage Massage Is Moving!

We are excited to announce that Wild Sage Massage will be moving three doors down into Unit 3. Date is yet to be announced.

Our new location will feature additional treatment rooms, improved amenities, and expanded wellness services. We look forward to welcoming you into our new space!

💲 Fee Increase Effective September 1st, 2026

To support rising operating costs and continued investment in our clinic and team, treatment fees will increase effective August 1, 2026. Updated pricing will be reflected in our online booking system prior to the change.

🧾 Direct Billing & Insurance

As a courtesy, we offer direct billing to many major insurers through TELUS eClaims and other providers.

📌 Please Note:

  • Coverage is not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to know your plan’s coverage, limits, referrals, and exclusions.
  • We cannot access policy details or communicate with insurers on your behalf.
  • Any amount not paid by your insurer remains your responsibility.
  • We do not accept or bill ICBC or WorkSafeBC (WCB) claims.

If direct billing is unavailable or unsuccessful, full payment is required at the time of treatment and a receipt will be provided for self-submission.

⚠️ Important Clinic Policies

  • Pregnancy Massage: Pregnant clients must book a Pregnancy Massage appointment to ensure they are matched with an appropriately trained RMT.
  • Credit Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

If you have questions regarding billing, insurance, or our upcoming move, please contact the clinic.
